Chris Della Sala currently serves as the Vice President of Sales leading the Western United States sales organization at TBX, a Dallas-based enrollment technology firm specializing in no-cost, self-service enrollments and benefits administration.

Biography

Chris brings a great deal of experience and success in sales leadership and the brokerage distribution channel in the employee benefits industry, a career he began with MassMutual immediately after graduating from the University of TX at Austin with a B.S. in Microbiology. 

He recently joined TBX after more than 8 years at Colonial Life, where he served in various capacities, including leading the Southern California sales organization and most recently, the Large-group Practice Leader for the Southwest U.S.

Chris’ current responsibilities include leading and growing the sales organization and company revenue for 19 states in the Western United States.  With a strong passion for developing effective leaders and maximizing sales growth, his overall objective is promoting market and organizational development within his region. Through a concerted effort of market expansion and promoting the technological advancements in modern enrollment capabilities, he intends to launch this organization into unprecedented growth. His vision for TBX’s brand and his organization is to serve as the premier broker partner, go-to technological enrollment platform, and ultimately disrupt the industry’s mindset and expectations norm on enrollment technology and capabilities.

Chris is originally from Texas, but currently resides in Irvine, CA.
