Chris has over 20 years of experience working in the health insurance industry, first on the carrier side, spending 11 years as a broker, and for the last 6 years in InsurTech at Zenefits, Namely, and Rippling.

Currently, Chris manages the Broker Partner team at Rippling and is dedicated to bringing the ultimate solution to broker partners to help them win and retain business. He is passionate about sharing his industry knowledge and experience acquired over the years with not only his team and in advocating for brokers in Rippling’s product development, but also with industry professionals that are keen to challenge the status quo and wanting to #changethegame.  

Over the past 2 decades, Chris has had the opportunity to work with clients ranging from 2 employees to 20,000 employees, in nearly every industry and almost all states across the country. He holds an REBC designation and previously served as president of NCAHU.
