I began my journey in the healthcare arena after 22 years in the technology industry, including 10 years as a CEO. It did not take long for me to recognize the need for support and change in an industry that is very siloed and complex. Our work as Professional Healthcare Advocates takes us directly into the exam room with our clients, and we assist them in navigating the complexities of their diagnosis. We also work with clients and their families at home and teach them to understand their responsibility to compliance when necessary.  We coordinate continued care and research globally for the latest care and treatment practices for the most complex diagnoses. Most importantly, we stand in the gap to make certain our clients are seen and heard by their medical and care teams.

Renee & Company, LLC was founded to bring assistance to a greater market, and our Professional Healthcare Advocates currently work with people aged 12-94.

With over a decade in service, I find myself coming full circle by introducing technology to bridge the gaps in the care continuum. As the creator of Scroll.care I am leading our team of professionals to bring a product to market that will empower the consumer through education, information, and vetted resources to assist in making informed care decisions.

I am also committed to weeding out the “bad actors” in the care industry, and I am passionate about elevating the true heroes of care. During his 17-year tenure Andy was the Regional Sales Coordinator for Aflac in two major markets, (Atlanta and Sacramento), where he led large sales teams through training, development, and mentorship. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and over 17 years of concentrated experience in the voluntary benefits space, Andy has been equipped to deliver world-class service and support to insurance brokers, as he represents the great Aflac brand. Andy has consistently remained one of the top producers at every level within Aflac, and from 2016-2019, and again in 2021, he was rewarded Top Honors in his role as Regional Sales Coordinator.
Prior to joining Aflac, Andy was a Principal with Acuity Benefits Solutions in Atlanta Ga., where he focused on providing benefit solutions for the small employer with a large employer approach.
Andy proudly served as a US Marine for eight years, and “Once a Marine, always a Marine”. His service continues as a Member of the Marine Corps League, where he promotes the interest and preserves the traditions of the United States Marine Corps.
Andy enjoys giving back to the community and has served as the Chairman of the Board for the Georgia Greater Black Chamber of Commerce, he supports the Aflac Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Cancer Center as a donor and volunteer. In his spare time, Andy enjoys other community engagement by participating in marathons and playing tennis.
Andy studied at Purdue University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing, and a Master of Science Degree in Communication and Leadership. While at Purdue University, Andy earned meritorious recognition for scholastic performance, and was inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS) and the Salute Veteran National Honor Society.

Dalia Sutton is a professional sales leader with demonstrated healthcare management expertise ability with a strong ability to build business partners. Currently, she is the Regional Sales Manager at Anthem Blue Cross for the Greater Sacramento Region supporting the Medicare insurance producers.

Dalia has over 20 years of Health Care management experience and has worked for three different National Insurance Carriers. She has been supporting Medicare Brokers to grow their book-of-business throughout California for the past 14 years.
